We hope you are happy with your purchase from us. If you are unsatisfied with your item(s) you may send it back for a full refund (minus shipping costs) within 7 days of delivery. Clearance items and special orders are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged. Pease email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with you order number and the item or items you are returning.
If you wish to return or exchange any of the items from your order please contact us at Luxe118@gmail.com with your order details and the items you are wanting to return. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. We also use UPS ground shipping as well. Standard shipping takes approx. 3-5 business days.
